We complete the registration forms and transfer ownership to you when the formation is complete. Your company number should be available in 24-48 hours. The full package is sent to you by recorded delivery and normally takes 5 or 6 working days from receiving your order. You are then ready to sign contracts and trade. All your work is kept to a minimum.

You can search the search the Companies Names & Address Index on the Companies House website to check the availability of your choice of company name (This service only operates Monday to Friday, 7am to 12am midnight UK time).

Alternatively, let us do the work for you. Simply e-mail us with the company names you would like us to research on your behalf, and we will check their availability and contact you with our recommendations.
